I'm Hot-Blooded, Check It 'n' See
I just took a four-hour nap. Which means I'm really sick, and that this sore throat isn't just from laughing with Vicki 'n' Nicki last night.
(We saw "Marie Antoinette," and I must say, there are far too few shoe 'n' pastry montages in my life. If you go see this movie, get really stoned first. You won't regret it.)
If I weren't sick, I would have taken a one-and-a-half hour nap. That is the nap of a normal person (not the 20 minute naps Husband takes and then has the gall to feel completely refreshed afterwards).
But a four hour nap means my body is fighting something. And for once, it's not the urge to punch someone.

I can't wait to see that movie. I am so totally there with the getting stoned first. We saw Breakfast on Pluto stoned at the International Film Fest thing here in E-town. It took forever to get there (we only live like 8 blocks from the theatre), and we were a bit late. I lost my ID and later when I called about it, the guys said they remembered me (argh). Thank Goddess I missed that fucking explosion though!

Um, so I'm not sick. I hope there was not an accusatory tone there. Perhaps it's karma biting you in the ass for buying movies snacks at the gocery store, rather than pay twice as much at the concession stand?
It was still fun though. We'll movie it soon again.
